Is Khali Chha free?

Yes. Listing your place and contacting owners is free, and we never take commission. Owners can choose to pay to feature a listing so more renters see it.

How do I list my property?

Create a free account, press "List property free" and add photos and details. Our team checks every listing, usually within one day.

The place is already rented or the owner doesn't answer

Press "Report this listing" on the property page, or send us a message here. We check every report.

Should I pay an advance?

Never pay before you have visited the place and met the owner. Khali Chha never asks renters for advance payments.

My place is rented. How do I stop the calls?

Go to My listings and press "Mark as rented". The place leaves search, and anyone with the link sees that it is rented.
